Hi Friends,
User has raised a shopping cart, ordered, received & invoiced too but the shopping cart is not disappearing from his POWL yet. In filter settings, there is not check for "include completed orders" then how system is displaying this completed shopping cart yet. Strange is only this completed shopping cart is showing in his POWL other completed orders were disappeared.
Note: one line from this shopping cart has been deleted in follow on documents and its been deleted in shopping cart too.
Could you please tell me, whether completed shopping carts will disappear from POWL? and what is the solution for my issue above?
