We have a requirement to increase the time-out parameter in SRM.
The issue is that when users create SCs thru punch-out catalog, (after leaving SRM webpage) they sometime take more than 30 mins to check out the items to SRM. But when they return to SRM after 30 mins, system gives the time-out error. We need to increase this duration to 1 hr.
I checked couple of SDN threads but could not track down the exact parameter which is to be changed here to resolve this issue.
Please let me know what should be done here. Your inputs would be of great help.
