Custom condition types in SRM PO

Dear SRM Experts

Any one please let me know how to add custom condition types in SRM PO (ECS). This functionality is to add percentage discount at header and item level.

For some condition types, the price percentage needs to automated like we can set some condition records for condition tables in MM.

Please let me know how to implement this functionality, your help highly apprecieated.
