How to find list of users with no Default attribute selected
Hello Gurus,
We have a requirement to find the list of users with no Default Attribute selected.
Lets say some users may have two company codes assigned to them in org structure with default checkbox selected for one company code.
Now we would like to find list of users with no Default checkbox selected. We have one FM to find that "BBP_READ_ATTRIBUTES" but this FM wont satisfy our requirement. We would like to find users in bulk with no default attribute selected.

updating shopping cart values through a report
Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to update shopping cart values like price quantity etc... through a report.. we got some inputs in SCN and followed the steps
BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE
BBP_PD_SC_SAVE
BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT
the changes are updated in shopping cart with saved status i.e before updating the shopping cart the status of cart was awaiting approval. but when we update the SC using the above mentioned function modules the status is changed to save instead of awaiting approval also when we open the cart in Portal and edit the cart we are getting PDO layer update error. Kindly guide us to update the SC through report..

general error during acceptance posting message no. se 117 : SRM ECS Scenario
Hi Friends,,
user has posted confirmations in SRM system, they are going to error in process status.Then i pushed the confirmation from back-end using the program "Z_ES_TRANSFER" i got the error "general error during acceptance posting message no. se 117
There are no issues with the Profit center/G/L account and the cost centers.
No issues with the Posting date.
Could you please help what all i can check to rectify this error.
This is a new company code and no postings made to this Company code earlier.
i have checked the Confirmation in BBP_PD and getting the bellow error message
"E BBP_IV 078 Purchase order limit exceeded"
This is a Blanket Purchase Order.

SRMNXP Catalog Search not shows results in UI but available in ESH_TEST_SEARCH
Hi Guys,
We have recently implemented the SRM UI Addon 1.0
For ESH search we have imported the items from Catalog and the data's are shown in ESH_TEST_SEARCH against the model ID but in UI it is not showing any result.
Result
I have checked the Cockpit and the items are already optimized.
Do i need to do any specific setting to make this search available in UI.
Please suggest a solution.

System Approval Not showing in SRM Portal
Hi,
For a Shopping cart creation, we have 7 levels of approval followed by a System Approval. We are facing an issue in the sequence of these approvals display in SRM portal. System Approval is supposed to be at the end of all levels. However, the 7th level and system approval are in wrong sequence in portal. System Approval is in 7th position where as 7th level is at the end. Also, in some cases the system approval is missing in portal.
In terms of configuration, the sequence is defined properly stating from 100 to 700 for process levels and 999 for system approval.
Can you please suggest what needs to be corrected/ checked for the proper sequence?

shopping cart approved but item status not updated
Hi Friends,
I have a shopping cart in production which was approved and it has failed to create backend document as the supplier was missing. But in BBP_PD, I don't see item status. It is suppose to be I1111 & I1112 but there are not item status. Because of this I cannot delete the shopping cart as an administrator. Is there a way to update the item status of shopping cart?

Shopping Cart with negative Quantity in COS
Hello Gurus,
We have a SC for which PO line item is deleted, SC is back to COS but the quantity on the SC is showing NEGATIVE quantity.
Because of that negative quantity system is not allowing us to move further (Step 2 in COS), could someone help us on fixing this issue?

while creating shopping cart, item getting disappeared and we are getting initial screen
Hi Guru,
We are using Extended classic scenario, here when we are adding line items in our shopping cart and finally when we are checking out shopping cart it is taking us on the initial screen., and all item got disappeared.
I have checked vendor and found Vendor is not blocked, what else I need to check.
Please help me to solve this
